Left Balaclava, for Gawler to get TV antennae fixed.  There started our run around. Went to Gawler Caravan Repairs found they had what we wanted but they wouldn't do the repair. Sent us to A1 Caravans who had us in, did what he had to do to fix it and we were on our way. Saw more grain growing, old buildings and horses.  Passed Gawler Airport on our right.  On Yorketown Road passed Munno Para Shopping Centre.  Filled up with fuel at Para Hills. Van wouldn't start. Here we are in buying fuel, can't move for others to use the fuel bozer.  Here we called RAA equivalent to RACQ in Queensland.  He started it for us and advised us to go see an auto electrician which we did. Then when we arrived the van wouldn't start. Had to wait for a chap to look at it and get it going and then were advised to go see another auto electrician and it stopped again and they started it. Next we were advised to go to Mercedes Benz Dealership at Wayville. They looked at it and told us they were busy and booked out for a week but if we left it there they would try to fix it .First night RAA organized for us to go to Levi Park, Top Tourist Park, the only one that would take a dog. They next arranged for us to go to Innachurch Appartments at Semaphore handy to shops and the beach.  Here we had a four poster bed to sleep in with a wooden carving on the back of the bed and there was also a large mirror which had wood carving all around the top of it.  We even had a fireplace! We hired a white Camry Sedan to get around in. Friday picked up our van and headed for Mount Gambier.  Took a break at Talem Bend to have lunch at the local Hotel. This photo is of Talem Bend Information Centre. There were two lane highways in and out of Adelaide. We vowed and declared we wouldn't drive through Adelaide but had the GPS on and there we were in the thick of it going to Mercedes Benz Dealership and for Col to pick up the hire car too! Passed Mt Barker and Strathalban exits.  Saw Little Hampton Sawmill. Some areas down here have crosswinds.  Vegetables were grown on the hills.Went over Swanport Bridge and passed Fran Jackman Lookout.  Mallee Park was on our left. There were sheep and Angus Bulls around the area. Old Talem Town had old trucks lined up to view which we saw from the road .
